A Family Tradition

Get to Know Me
Cooking at a young age with my grandmother fostered my love for cooking. At just over 15 years old I started working in a family friends Pizzeria which started my career in cooking. Through my high school years, I worked at a few different restaurants both mom & pop and corporately owned. Two years out of high school I enrolled at Santa Barbara City College Culinary Arts program. While in Culinary School I learned a lot from a slew of great chef professors, but the most profound part of this experience was meeting my wife. After Culinary School I attended Cal Poly Pomona’s School of Hotel & Restaurant Management earning my Bachelor of Science.
Since graduation I have married, become a father of three beautiful daughters and continue my love for restaurants and cooking. With 33 years of restaurant experience under my belt I have decided it is time to start my own business and bring the Brittle and Toffees that I make for family and friends to the public at large.
I am now starting this company Little Grandma’s Brittle & Toffees to share this tradition with all of you.
